Summary: This website argues that terrorism should not have a large effect on economic activity, because terrorist attacks destroy only a small fraction of the stock of capital of a country (see, e.g., Becker and Murphy, 2001). In contrast, empirical estimates of the consequences of terrorism typically suggest large effects on economic outcomes (see, e.g., Abadie and Gardeazabal, 2003). The main theme of this article is that mobility of productive capital in an open economy may account for much of the difference between the direct and the equilibrium impact of terrorism. We use a simple economic model to show that terrorism may have a large impact on the allocation of productive capital across countries, even if it represents a small fraction of the overall economic risk. The model emphasizes that, in addition to increasing uncertainty, terrorism reduces the expected return to investment. As a result, changes in the intensity of terrorism may cause large movements of capital across countries if the world economy is sufficiently open, so international investors are able to diversify other types of country risks. This website provide well informations of how terrorism affect the world economy. It is well written and show clearly about the discussion. this source is accurate as the author is from Havard university. It is a research show in the university.

Summary: The Impact of the world economy due to terrorism is very big.Due to terrorism, the rate of tourism has greatly decreased. Trade between countries has also been disrupted, and thus it is reflecting a very bad status at the economy.

Till now the impact, in my opinion is still in effect, however the economy has been improving. Even so, if there is still terrorism going on, i think that chances of the economy picking up back to when there is no terrorism are slim. this website is a little different from the above as it shows different people views about impact of terrorism on world economy. At the left hand side of the website, it also have links to allow user to read up like, How to counter terrorism?, being prepared and tactics and training and & etc....

Alcohol is a drink that is commonly abused by teenager below the legal age limit to consume it. The reason they took up drinking is due to out of curiosity,to feel good, reduce stress, and relax. In other cases, they don't want to feel left out wif their peers who have taken up drinking and also they feel that they are much more matured when they drink it.

Alcohol abuse pose many risk. For example, if a person has just been dealt a heavy blow and he took up alcohol to drown his sorrow into, he might just attempt suicide in his binge/unaware state. This is dangerous especially for teenagers as they are the common age group who would abuse alcohol drinking.

Another problem that the community is facing is drink driving. Teenagers tend to take this matter lightly without thinking of the consequences. As a result, there are many reports of drink driving among teenagers involving accidents in many cases.

Thus we should always remind our youth to stay away from alcohol and not to abuse it. Everyone play a part in this actions and we should take this matter seriously
