A blog is a website which contains entries. Entries may provide information such as commentary or news on a particular subject. Most blogs serves more as personal diaries. Next I will discuss how we can use blogs to help increase revenues and also how blogs can decrease revenues.
Research Findings How blogs can help business?

A certain company may use blog to advertise their products. In other words, a blog may serve as an advertisement. This will help attract customers. Other than advertising products, they can write about their company itself. For example, what exactly their company is, company address and particulars, what kind of products they are selling. This will help provide the necessary information than customers would want to know. The company can also provide information like what kind of service they offer. Usually customers would want to know who they are buying the products from and what exactly the product is and what the product does before actually buying them. These are pretty much the basic of what customers always want to know. If these basic requirements are provided, the company would be able to attract enough customers to be able to receive lots of profits. Furthermore, creating a blog is free. Examples of free blogs are Blogger: https://www.blogger.com and Wordpress: http://wordpress.org/
Disadvantages of blogging towards business
Resource URL: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/4976276.stm Title: Blogs making their impact felt.
Since blogging is open to public, anybody can read what is written. There are people who post complaining entries in their blog. For example they say a certain stuff they bought from a certain shop is low in quality, or the product spoils easily. This kind of stuff may actually influence readers into telling them not to go buy things from that particular shop. If one or two people read, there might not be much of a difference but this is blogging we're talking about. Blogs are being read by millions of people every day. If enough people read the complaining entries, the particular shop may actually lose its customers resulting in loss of profits.

http://www.crime-research.org/library/Golubev_may.htmlWhy are there computer crimes now and then? The most logical reason behind it, is money. There are many people out there who have received e-mails stating that their money account had been blocked allegedly. It was also suggested in the e-mail that to unblocked their money account, they will need to go to the given website and enter their personal data used to access their payment system. People are often blinded by these e-mail, hence becomming the bait.
Some people also resort to computer crimes, for example: stealing information and hacking.
The most often committed cybercrimes are extremely variable computer scams. Notice those online games, such as Maple? I am sure that most people hacked into other people's account to 'steal' their money and items. This is a very serious offence. Although this doesn't involve money, it invades other people's privacy. However, there are also cases which involves money, for example: scams related to payment cards and accounts of electronic payment systems. Users were cheated without them knowing it. The number of fake deals through Internet shops are also growing tremendously which results in blackmails. All this is caused by one thing, "The Human Greed".
In this website, it also states the solution on how to fight these computer crimes. The most common thing is to blocked such websites. Tight international cooperation is also needed to fight this cybercrime. Events are being held to bring together senior military personnel to discuss the strategies of fighting cybercrimes in the most efficient way.
The discussion forums also enriches our knowledge on different types of computer crimes and displays people's views and comments from all over the world. RetrieveRetrieved March 17, 2008 from
World Wide Web: http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/concern/concern.htmI have choosen this topic is because I want to know more about drugs and also how it can harm the youth out there who are consuming them. It is important to stress that drugs is harmful so that less youth will consume them just because of curiousity. Once one is dependent on drugs to make them feel normal, it can be very serious. These youth must go through rehabilation that may be a very tough process. I am interested about this issue affecting those youths.
Impacts of Cocaine on youth
Some of the short terms effects are: feeling euphoric, energetic, talkative, and mentally alert, especially to the sensations of sight, sound, and touch, temporarily decrease the need for food and sleep. It also affects the muscles in our body such as constricted blood vessels, dilated pupils, and increased temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure. Cocaine may also lead to bizarre, erratic, and violent behaviour. youths will also experience tremors, vertigo, muscle twitches, paranoia, or, with repeated doses, a toxic reaction closely resembling amphetamine poisoning. They may feel restlessness, irritability, and anxiety. In rare instances, sudden death can occur on the first use of cocaine or unexpectedly thereafter. Cocaine affects the ability to inhibit the reabsorption of dopamine by nerve cells for consuming it in a long term basis . An appreciable tolerance to cocaine’s high may develop. They will be more sensitive (sensitization) to cocaine’s anesthetic and convulsant effects. This increased sensitivity may explain some deaths occurring after apparently low doses of cocaine and leads to a state of increasing irritability, restlessness, and paranoia. In addiction, they will lose touch with reality and experiences auditory hallucinations.
Imapacts of Hydrocodone on youth
Hydrocodone in an analgesic and antitussive agent structurally similar to codeine but with effects more similar to morphine. It carries an additional risk of liver toxicity when high, acute doses are consumed.
Impacts of Heroin on youth
The short terms effects include a warm flushing of the skin, dry mouth, heavy extremities. Consuming Heroin for a long period of time may develop collapsed veins, suffer infection of the heart lining and valves, abscesses, cellulites, and liver disease, including various types of pneumonia. It will affects respiration and result in clogging the blood vessels that lead to the lungs, liver, kidneys, or brain. This can cause infection or even death of small patches of cells in vital organs. It produces drug craving, restlessness, muscle and bone pain, insomnia, diarrhoea and vomiting, cold flashes with goose bumps (“cold turkey”), kicking movements (“kicking the habit”), and other symptoms.
Impacts of Ecstasy on youths
The short term effects are to interfere the body’s ability to regulate temperature, a sharp increase in body temperature (hyperthermia), resulting in liver, kidney, and cardiovascular system failure, and death. It also interfere with its own metabolism (breakdown within the body), increases in heart rate and blood pressure, a special risk for people with circulatory problems or heart disease, muscle tension, involuntary teeth clenching, nausea, blurred vision, faintness, and chills or sweating, fatigue, loss of appetite, depressed feelings, and trouble concentrating. In long term, it will damage neurons that are involved in mood, thinking, and judgment.
The above is just some of the health problems that people faced when they consume drugs, however besides that, teenage may be facing some other problems in their life. Moreover my topic is about the impacts of drugs on youths.
Problems youths faced due to drugs are they cannot concentrate in class and that may lead to poor academic results. They will tend to communicate lesser to the people around them. mond swings may occur more frequently and they live in a small social circle. Relationship between family members may worsen. They may be too dependent on drugs and need them to feel normal, thus they will find unlawful ways to get money to get fix. They may consider to commit crimes and leave a criminal record at a young age.
I would end of by reminding all the youths out there! You may be curious about drugs, but please don’t try it! The process of rehabilitation is a torturing to you and the people who care for you.
Impact of online gaming on youths.Contributed by Zhenyanglink:
http://WWW.MMOSITES.COMAbout my resreach topicOnline gaming is a hot topic. And it's getting hotter every year. Everybody seems to have a strong stance on this electronic entertainment juggernaut and what it is doing (or not doing) to the masses. Online gaming, in particular, offers up an ever-growing number of immersive possibilities. Online gamers have been known to play for long stretches, eschewing sleep, food, and social responsibilities. But when does it become too much? How much impact of online gaming on youth?
Denfinition of online gamingOnline games refer to games that are played over some form of computer network. At the present, this almost always means the Internet or equivalent technology; but games have always used whatever technology was current: modems before the internet, and hard wired terminals before modems. The expansion of online gaming has reflected the overall expansion of computer networks from small local networks to the Internet and the growth of Internet access itself. Online games can range from simple text based games to games incorporating complex graphics and virtual worlds populated by many players simultaneously. Many online games have associated online communities, making online games a form of social activity beyond single player games. Online Gaming is usually chastised, avoided or adamantly defended on various levels.
Impact of online gaming on youth Nowadays many teenagers have stick to Online games such as Guild Wars, Second Life, World of Warcraft and a few others, Over the long time, they are really addict to it and lost of self control and social responsibilities, delay meals skip school and make sure their schedule was kept open for any online changes. I am a gamer too and in retrospect,.
OverallI see many things that were good (companionship, adventure, loyalty) and many things that weren't so beneficial (compromising reality for the virtual, mostly). Now I'm not as into it as I used to be, and although I still love video games (especially playing online games with my friends), I see that there is a life off the screen that I have to live, and with God at the helm, it's an adventure far beyond anything you could ever find in an electronic, man-made world, but I believe, like everything else in life, it takes discernment and balance. 'Everything is permissible, but not everything is beneficial. Everything is permissible but not everything is constructive'.
