Introduction: Youths today have access to alcohol easily, cases of youth creating trouble due to alcohol, drink-driving have increased significantly. The impact of alcohol on youths today have become one issue to be thought about. Alcohol are sold across various places, some of these places does not check the customer's ID to make sure that they are of legal age when selling alcohols to them, profits is their main concern. Another way youth have access to alcohol will be clubbing which some youth may like to go during their pasttime.


Summary: Overall, i feel that parents should educate their child from young about the harmfulness of alcohol and instil some knowledge into them, Of course, drinking a little is ok just don't get addicted. I also feel that some of the youth today find drinking 'cool' as it portrays the image that they are adults, i generally don't think that way, but i believe as time progress, they will slowly understand the impact of alcohol.

Introduction: The key difference from 2G and 3G is that 3G phones have more devices. It enables instant real-time video communications with voice. It also enables speedy emailing and internet access similar to laptops. The world’s first commercialized 3G mobile communication service was in Japan, which is called “FOAM”. The impacts of 3G will differ in many aspects. Economically wise it will mean a huge growth in profit for mobile services and phones companies. Social wise it will mean a closer feel when communicating with friends or loved ones halfway around the world. Technically wise it will mean a commendable advance in communications technology, which is expected to further evolve in the near future. Health wise the radiation waves emitted by 3G devices and base stations may cause headaches and nauseous.

Conclusion: From my research I have found out a lot about the impacts of 3G on our lives in many different aspects. It appears that 3G has a great impact on man and cannot be lightly taken upon. I feel that 3G will continue to be researched and upgraded upon and soon there may even be 4G. It is estimated that in about 8 years time majority of the people will be communicating via 3G as currently 3G mobile fees are relatively expensive due to lack of users and 3G being a considerably new technology. Currently almost all new phone models are 3G enabled, shaping the mobile market towards a full-fledged 3G industry.

Introduction Cancer is one of the most common and dreadful diseases in the world causing 555,500 deaths annually. Curing cancer has improved greatly in modern times owing to treatment advances and early detection programs. Although survival rates have improved, cancer still remains the 2nd top cause of death, second only to heart disease in the USA. Majority people die of cancer each year because of the misleading diagnosis. Cancer symptoms are very similar to other less severe conditions and because of this often people mistake their condition as cancer without proper diagnosis. Surveys showed that often 40% patients have misdiagnosis yearly.For this reason, regular and advanced screening for particular types of cancer is valuable in preventing severe cancer cases. Advanced treatments are available to treat severe cancer patients but all this can cure patients only to certain extent. Cancer is curable if it is treated in the early stages with proper diagnosis.

From this article i learnt that there are different types of treatments given to individual patients depending on the type of cancer and the stages of cancer. For stomach cancer, surgery is the best treatment in most cases. An advanced laparoscopic surgery is also found to make patient’s survival longer and less scarring after surgery.

When all the treatments have failed, it is best for the caregivers to concentrate on keeping the patient comfortable and free from pain, and provide as much psychological support as possible. So when the patient is in advanced cancer stage only psychological treatment will be very helpful to reduce their emotional and physical pain for rest of their survival period.
